No. FatimaWears is an independent reseller of Pakistani branded clothing. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or owned by any listed brands. All brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We verify each item through brand tag inspection, original packaging checks, fabric quality assessment, and cross-referencing with brand catalog details. Product pages show available proof notes. If you receive a product you believe is not authentic, contact us within 7 days for a return.

We list both unstitched fabric suits (3-piece and 2-piece lawn, chiffon, organza) and ready-to-wear pret outfits. Each product page clearly states whether the item is unstitched or stitched, along with fabric composition and included pieces.

An unstitched suit typically includes fabric for the shirt (approx 2.5m), dupatta (approx 2.5m), and trouser (approx 2m). Exact fabric lengths are listed on each product page. The fabric requires tailoring by a local darzi.

Standard shipping is PKR 250 across Pakistan. Orders above PKR 10,000 receive free standard shipping. COD adds PKR 200 handling fee. Delivery is usually 2-4 business days for Lahore and 3-6 business days for other cities. Remote areas may take longer.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, and all other major cities. Courier selection depends on service availability in your area.

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, we will share a tracking number and courier name. You can also use the Track Order page on our website with your order number (e.g. FW-2026-XXXXX) and email to check the current status.

Currently we only deliver within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside Pakistan and interested in our products, contact team@fatimawears.com to discuss arrangement possibilities.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan with a PKR 200 handling fee. We also accept advance payment via bank transfer or JazzCash. Advance payment orders are processed after admin payment verification.

Select COD at checkout. A PKR 200 COD handling fee is added to your order total. You pay the full amount in cash when the courier delivers your package. Please have the exact amount ready for a smooth delivery.

Yes. Our admin team manually verifies every advance payment before processing an order. You will receive confirmation once payment is verified. We use standard banking channels and SSL security for all transactions.

The COD handling fee covers the courier cost for collecting cash payments on delivery. You can avoid this fee by choosing advance payment via bank transfer or JazzCash.

Contact support within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with the listed tags, packaging, and included pieces. Return requests may require photos or a short inspection note before approval.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are sent via bank transfer or agreed local payment channel, usually within 3 business days after inspection approval.

Yes, you can request cancellation before the order is processed. Once the order status changes to Processing or Shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Contact team@fatimawears.com immediately with your order ID if you need to cancel.

We list lawn, chiffon, organza, silk, velvet, khaddar, cambric, and luxury blends from various brands. Each product page specifies the exact fabric composition for shirt, dupatta, and trouser pieces separately.
