2. Product Information & Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Product pages should show available stock, included pieces, fabric notes, verification notes, and payment terms. Stock and pricing may change before an order is confirmed.
3. Payments
Cash on Delivery includes a PKR 200 handling fee. Advance-payment orders remain pending until the admin team verifies the payment reference.
4. Orders & Cancellations
We may cancel or hold orders if inventory is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, contact details are incomplete, or courier service is not available for the delivery area.
5. Product Availability
Product availability depends on live catalog stock. If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, we may contact you to confirm a replacement, hold the order, or cancel and refund any verified advance payment.
6. Brand Names & Trademarks
Brand names are used only to identify the original product source. FatimaWears does not claim official partnership or authorization unless explicitly stated and verifiable.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing correct contact information, delivery address, city, and payment references. Failed delivery due to incorrect information may delay the order or lead to cancellation.
