Shipping Policy
Delivery timelines, shipping charges, COD handling, and courier exceptions for Pakistan orders.
FatimaWears ships available catalog items across Pakistan through courier partners selected by service availability, city, parcel size, and operational conditions.
1. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Lahore: usually 2–4 business days after order/payment confirmation.
Other cities: usually 3–6 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is PKR 250. Orders above PKR 10,000 receive free standard shipping. Cash on Delivery adds a separate PKR 200 handling fee.
3. Payment & Inquiries
Supported payment methods are Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance Payment with manual verification.
Advance-payment orders are processed after admin payment verification. COD orders are processed after order review and availability checks.
4. Order Processing
Orders are reviewed before dispatch to confirm product availability, payment method, customer contact details, and courier service availability. Processing may take longer during sales, Eid seasons, or courier disruptions.
5. Failed Delivery
If a courier cannot reach you, delivery may be re-attempted or returned depending on courier policy. Please provide a reachable phone number and complete address at checkout.
6. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening and contact support within 24 hours. This helps us raise a courier claim and resolve the issue quickly.
